USA. Bloomsburg, PA — January 9, 2013 — For over a decade, Brentwood Industries' annual Supplier Award has recognized suppliers who provide outstanding goods and service to their business. This year, KYDEX, LLC was one of nine esteemed winners out of 100-plus suppliers in their Specialty Product Division. Recipients are chosen through a rigorous company-wide evaluation process. Employees from procurement to manufacturing rate the quality of each supplier, considering characteristics such as shipping on time track record to product quality and the ease of manufacturing it. But to win this prestigious award, companies have to offer more, explains Carl Staples, Brentwood's General Manager,
"This is the third consecutive year KYDEX has won, and for good reason. Companies may have the best product in the world, but that's not enough. You must have exceptional customer service and cooperative, knowledgeable technical support for companies to continue to buy it. KYDEX has consistently delivered in all those areas. They're also a collaborative partner. When we bring a project to KYDEX, their people are right there to help with their product knowledge. Furthermore, they're trained to recognize when KYDEX is not the best solution for a project and to recommend other solutions and vendors for the best possible outcome."
In its five years of supplying Brentwood with KYDEX® thermoplastic sheet, KYDEX's products have been used in a wide-range of applications including KYDEX® 110 for a new dental imaging device, KYDEX®T for a new retail security imaging device, and KYDEX® 6200 and KYDEX® 361 for seat backs and trays for passenger rail cars.
